Refund policy

Because our products are fresh, handmade, and food-based, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy to maintain hygiene standards.

However, we offer support in these cases:

  • If your product is damaged during transit

  • If you receive a wrong item

  • If the packaging is tampered/leaking

In such cases:

  1. Please share unboxing video + clear images within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp.

  2. After verification, we will either resend the product or issue a gift credit.

We do not accept returns for taste preferences, as our Thekua recipe is traditional and homemade-style.
